Important Notice

This English version is the master version of these Terms of Service. Translations into other languages (including Korean) are provided for convenience only. In case of any discrepancy or conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

1. Introduction

Welcome to soviss.com ("soviss", "we", "our", or "us"), operated by Candoit LLC, a company registered in the Republic of Korea.

soviss.com is an authentication hub service. It enables users to create a single unified account ("Unified Account" or "SSO Account") that provides access to our family of services hosted on subdomains, including but not limited to:

(collectively, the "Subdomain Services")

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of soviss.com itself. Each Subdomain Service has its own separate Terms of Service that apply to the use of that specific service. soviss.com itself does not provide content, products, or paid services — it only provides account creation, authentication, and account management.

By creating a Unified Account or otherwise using soviss.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

3. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you meet all of the following:

1. You are at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country of residence (whichever is higher). If you are a resident of the United States, you must be at least 13 years old, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are a resident of South Korea, you must be at least 14 years old.
2. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3. You are not barred from using the Service under applicable law.
4. You are not a person previously suspended or removed from the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. The Service: An Authentication Hub

4.1 What soviss.com Provides

soviss.com is solely an authentication hub. We provide:

4.2 What soviss.com Does Not Provide

soviss.com does not provide:

All content, paid features, and substantive services are provided exclusively through Subdomain Services, each under its own terms.

4.3 Subdomain Services Are Separate Agreements

When you access a Subdomain Service, you are entering into an additional agreement with us (or, where applicable, our affiliated operator) governed by that service's own Terms of Service. Those terms govern matters specific to that service, including content rules, paid features, refunds, and service-specific obligations. In case of conflict between these Terms and a Subdomain Service's terms, the Subdomain Service's terms prevail with respect to use of that Subdomain Service, except for matters concerning the Unified Account itself, authentication, and your rights as a User generally — which are governed by these Terms.

5. Account Registration and Security

5.1 Registration

To use the Service, you must register a Unified Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid email address. You agree to keep this information up to date.

5.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above security obligations.

5.3 One Person, One Account

Each Unified Account is for the use of a single individual. You may not share your account, transfer it to another person, or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

1. Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
2. Provide false or misleading information during registration.
3. Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
4. Access or attempt to access the Service or another user's account through unauthorized means, including credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, or exploiting authentication vulnerabilities.
5. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
6. Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access the Service, except for legitimate search-engine indexing of public pages.
7. Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service infrastructure.
8. Use the Service to send spam, phishing attempts, or malicious content.
9. Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or any access credentials.

Violation of this section may result in account suspension, termination, and/or legal action.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability and Changes

8.1 No Guarantee of Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or events beyond our control.

8.2 Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature, in whole or in part, at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of material changes that adversely affect Users.

8.3 Effect on Subdomain Services

Termination or modification of soviss.com may also affect your access to Subdomain Services, since they rely on the Unified Account. We will provide reasonable notice in such cases.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your Unified Account at any time through the account settings page. Upon termination, your access to soviss.com and all Subdomain Services that rely on the Unified Account will end. Some Subdomain Services may have additional data retention or wind-down rules — see their respective terms.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your Unified Account, with or without notice, if:

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14) will survive.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Our Rights

soviss.com, including its design, software, logos, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely as permitted by these Terms.

10.2 Your Rights

soviss.com itself does not host user-generated content, so this Section does not address content ownership for material posted on Subdomain Services. Refer to each Subdomain Service's terms for content ownership rules.

10.3 Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use them without obligation to you.

11. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in those jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

1. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
2. Our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed USD 100 or the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim (whichever is greater). Because soviss.com is a free hub service with no payments, this cap will typically be USD 100.

The limitations above do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (e.g., gross negligence, willful misconduct, or statutory consumer rights in some jurisdictions, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and South Korea).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless soviss, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any applicable law, or (c) your violation of any third party's rights.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. However, if you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer protection laws (such as those of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other applicable jurisdictions) provide protections that cannot be waived by contract, those mandatory protections will continue to apply to you in addition to Korean law.

14.2 Jurisdiction

Subject to mandatory consumer rights described above, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Seoul], Republic of Korea. EEA and UK consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence, as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

14.3 Online Dispute Resolution (EU Users)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: .

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your Unified Account before the effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Miscellaneous

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Subdomain Service terms applicable to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with reasonable notice to you.

16.5 Notices

Notices to you may be sent to the email associated with your Unified Account. Notices to us must be sent to support@soviss.com.

16.6 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, internet or infrastructure failures, or pandemics.
